Prima Group are advertising a vacancy for a permanent Health & Safety Officer, £35,000 pa plus Essential Car User Allowance, 35 hours per week.
As a member of the Group Services Team, you will play a key role in leading the continuous improvement of all Health & Safety activities within Prima Group. You will review all relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice. You will be integral in developing, implementing and monitoring an effective risk assessment strategy, working with all departmental managers to achieve a suitable framework to work against. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accident records, investigating trends and making subsequent recommendations on actions to improve, as well as managing all reporting for RIDDOR, COSHH and any other group-related policies.
