Following the Grenfell Tower tragedy, MP Alok Sharma is meeting tenants across England to hear their issues and concerns in relation to social housing and to understand how to give tenants a more effective voice and identify good practice that can inform our national approach in the future.
Following discussions with some of the National Tenant Organisations across England, the following headline issues have been raised:
- managing complaints
- social tenants’ voices being heard
- ensuring good and consistent quality services from landlords
- safety of tenants
This feedback questionnaire is an opportunity for all council, housing association and housing co-op tenants to express your views on key issues and concerns related to social housing based on your own experience.
Tenants are encouraged to take part by way of an online questionnaire which can be accessed here:
The questionnaire will be open until Wednesday 31st January 2018
