STAIRs

Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs)

You’ve told us that it’s important to have clear, easy-to-find information about how we make decisions, manage our services and look after your home.

That’s why we’ve brought together the information you need about our services, how we manage our homes, our performance and the standards you can expect from us.

STAIRs sets out requirements for social landlords to make important information accessible to tenants. The requirements come into effect on 1 October 2026, and we have already made our information available for you to explore.

Choose a heading below to find the information you’re looking for. Each section will take you to a page with the relevant information we currently have available.
