We are currently recruiting a Operations Director (Full Time)

We are looking for someone with significant leadership experience, and a strong project management, customer focused approach, who will help to set the vision for the organisation and will promote and model our culture, behaviors and values. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading and managing change and will be skilled in embedding the changes implemented via our recent restructure.
We are looking for someone with significant housing related experience. We recognise you may not have covered all of the areas that this role oversees, but experience or knowledge in asset management in particular would be advantageous.

Interviews will take place over 2 stages - 1st stage on the 10th October and 2nd stage w/c 21st October

We are currently recruiting a Scheme Manager (Part Time)
We are looking for a caring and organised individual to oversee all aspects of the smooth running of one of our ‘Over 55’s’ schemes. In particular, the successful candidate will deliver high quality housing and support service to tenants and the wider community, promoting their independence, health and well being in addition to acting as a co-ordinator of care and support services provided by other agencies.
A key requirement of the role is to encourage mutual support amongst tenants and promote social and community activities, in addition to the day to day management of facilities and ensuring health and safety requirements are in place.

We are currently recruiting a Senior Customer Services Officer (Full Time)
Our newly created Tenant Services Team is seeking a forward thinking, confident, customer driven individual who can lead our frontline contact team.
You must be committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and should have a flair for customer service with a keen interest in helping people.
In this role you will be a role model. Modelling attitudes and behaviours and ensuring the highest level of customer service from your team. You will work alongside other senior colleagues to ensure a ‘one-team’ approach, ensuring seamless and consistent service delivery. You will promote a coaching culture and ensure your team are trained and equipped to manage their work. You will look to innovate and review your teams’ service and the customer experience and be able to interpret performance information and report progress to the Head of Tenant Services.
You will communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors and customers, ensuring a professional service which reflects our values. You will oversee our responsive repairs service and look for ways to improve our repairs diagnostics capabilities and ensure our customer feedback is fed through to our processes.
