Paying Your RentYou will be notified about any rent increase or decrease by letter. Rent is due in advance on or before the Monday of each week. A rent payment card is provided when you receive your tenancy agreement, and your initial weekly rent will be stated in your Tenancy Agreement.
Customers can pay their rent in the following ways:

At any post office (cash or cheques) - Find your local post offices (and pay point)
At any pay point (cash) - Find your local paypoint (and post offices)
By telephone (with a debit / credit card) - Call 0330 041 6497 (24 hours) – option 1

To pay online you need your rent payment card and a debit or credit card.
If you are having difficulties paying your rent please let us know and we will try to help you. Ask to speak to your Housing Officer in the first instance. If you do not pay your rent your tenancy may be at risk.
