Paying Your Rent

You will be notified about any rent increase or decrease by letter. Rent is due in advance on or before the Monday of each week. A rent payment card is provided when you receive your tenancy agreement, and your initial weekly rent will be stated in your Tenancy Agreement.

Customers can pay their rent in the following ways:

By direct debit - Call or email us for details

Online (with a debit / credit card) - Pay online here

At any post office (cash or cheques) - Find your local post offices (and pay point)

At any pay point (cash) - Find your local paypoint (and post offices)

By telephone (with a debit / credit card) - Call 0330 041 6497 (24 hours) – option 1
