Arawak Walton have a number of schemes which have been designed to support you to live independently, all within our local communities and within easy reach of shops and the city centre. Our schemes for people aged 55 or over are modern, bright and a relaxing place to live. Each has self-contained apartments with a communal lounge and well-maintained gardens – a place for all to enjoy

Personal support and safety

We have a dedicated scheme manager at each scheme Monday to Friday to provide support and assistance, if needed.  24-hour emergency help is also available through an alarm system. Your home can be adapted so that you can continue to live independently. Entrance doors are controlled by door entry systems with CCTV monitoring.

One less thing for you to worry about when you move into our homes. Just plug in your aerial and watch tv!

Each scheme has parking on a first come first serve basis.
