True to our roots
Arawak Walton has a proud heritage in helping to create vibrant and sustainable multi-cultural neighbourhoods in inner city areas.
With more than 40 years experience, we understand the challenges of social deprivation and exclusion and have worked hard to provide good quality, affordable housing to our residents, regardless of age, gender or race.
We are proud of what we have achieved so far and we are committed to continuing this good work, exploring all opportunities to ensure the communities we create continue to be both safe havens and places to thrive.
We are passionate about what we do and we are passionate about people.
We employ a small team of highly trained and committed staff members and we support thousands of people in over 1200 homes across Manchester, Stockport and Trafford.
We are now the largest independent black and minority ethnic (BME) Housing Association in the North West, with an asset base of around £48 million and turnover in the region of £6 million.
We aim to stay true to our roots, continuing to deliver good quality, affordable housing and services to support our local communities.
