As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving our homes, Arawak Walton has commissioned Rand Associates to carry out property surveys.

Why are we doing this?
These surveys help us understand the condition of your home and plan any improvement works that may be needed in the coming years. Your property has been selected for a visit in the next few weeks.

When will this happen?
A Rand Associates surveyor will call at your property soon. If the timing isn’t convenient, you can rearrange directly with the surveyor at the doorstep.

What will the survey involve?
The surveyor will need access to all rooms and the exterior of your home. They will take photographs of key components such as your kitchen, bathroom, and boiler. The visit will take around 30 minutes.

Please note:

• This is a general condition survey, not a formal inspection.
• Surveyors will not move furniture or assess how the home is maintained.
• They cannot take repair requests — please report any repairs directly to us at 0161 272 6094.
