I would like to invite any residents to join me to highlight issues in the area such as;  Fly tipping hot spots, untidy alley ways, discuss neighbourhood issues including ASB and general nuisance. I would also like to take the opportunity to introduce myself to local residents and provide advice and guidance on any issues AWHA can assist with, or signpost to any relevant stakeholders, or partners.

In addition I will be inspecting front and back gardens. Identifying any external maintenance issues I.e.- broken guttering, loose roof tiles and any general external maintenance issues which need to be addressed.

If any of our residents would like a visit to their home I will also be available between 12.00-13.00 to facilitate a home visit or I can contact them to make an alternative appointment for a mutually convenient time and date.
