Help Us Improve How We Keep You Informed

Introduction

We’re inviting tenants to take part in a friendly workshop to help improve how we share information with you.

Whether it’s information about your home, services, repairs, or your community, we want to make sure it’s easy to find, easy to understand and available in the ways that work best for you.

During the workshop, we’d like to hear:

  • What information you find most useful.
  • How you prefer to receive information (for example, by text, email, letter or online).
  • Where you usually look for information.
  • Whether you can easily find the information you need.
  • What we could do differently to improve the information we share with you.

What to expect

The workshop is an open, group discussion where everyone is welcome to share their experiences and ideas. There are no right or wrong answers – we simply want to find out what matters to you.

The session will last between 60 – 90 minutes.

By taking part, you’ll help us improve the information we provide so tenants can more easily get the information they need.
