Due to the impacts of Coronavirus, cookery workshops had to be postponed. However in response Manchester carers can access Bounceback Foods new online Cooking & Nutrition Portal. This will provide support with nutrition, cooking tips and budgeting and also includes an interactive meal planner and lots of exciting recipes to help you plan ahead and live well from the safety of your own home.

If carers would like to access this website they need to e-mail learning@manchestercarersnetwork.org.uk or call 0161 834 6069 (Press option 2, then option 2 again) and access will be arranged.

In addition, if carers wanted to, they could be added to the distribution list for the Carers newsletter which will be distributed weekly and contains information on how they can obtain support over the coming weeks.
