Diabetes My Way – manage your Type 2 diabetes online FREE

This is a new diabetes website and app created by NHS diabetes experts. It’s free and easy to use, with up-to-date trusted information and secure access to your diabetes health record. There are also many FREE resources and training available through the site.

You need to be registered to use the Patient Online Services at your GP and to bring with you your: Linkage Key AND ODS Code or Practice ID AND Account ID

At this FREE NHS Health Check they will test to see if you are at risk of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, diabetes or dementia.

To be eligible you must be: aged 40-74 Registered with the Manchester GP Not on a disease register for a pre-existing health condition (such as Diabetes or Cardiovascular disease).

Chronic Cough Focus Group

Do you have a Chronic Cough (a cough that happens for no reason, does not respond to treatment or go away)?

We want to hear about your cough so we can raise awareness through the power of real stories

* You will be paid £40 for your time
