The Communal Services Housing Officer and Maintenance Inspector will carry out the Annual Estate Inspections of Communal Schemes on the following days.  These take place to ensure that your home and communal areas are safe and secure with a pleasant environment.   Some of the things they will be looking at are the communal areas to ensure there are no items store there, the standard of cleaning and garden maintenance.
