We have been made aware by the DWP of a fake Universal Credit App and fake Universal Credit texts to customers. They are obviously working at speed to get this investigated.

They have asked that everyone keep this is mind when supporting their customers, to make them aware of this issue and encourage them not to use the App (pictured below) or respond to any suspicious text messages and instead only go through the DWP Universal Credit website.
