Following a recent postal survey, we recognise the strength of feeling from the majority of our tenants about fly tipping and the failure to properly recycle. 

The Association is actively working to reduce the number of occurrences and encourage a sense of pride within the community.  We will take robust action where we can successfully identify the culprit, for example an Arawak Walton tenant was recently recharged £168 for the cost of removal of dumped household waste.
