Manchester Libraries and Work and Skills teams have set up a new internet and device scheme to help get Manchester’s most vulnerable digitally excluded residents online. We have over 300 devices to give out over the next three months. 

Are you eligible?

If you are eligible for the scheme, you will receive a device to keep along with internet connectivity if needed until 30 June, 2022, along with one-to-one support on how to use the device. 

To be eligible, they must live in Manchester, be 19 or over, have no Internet access and have at least one of the following – long term health conditions, disability, be over 65 or be of low income.
