In August 2019 tenants of Arawak Walton will be receiving a tenant satisfaction survey in the post and via email.

STAR (Survey of Tenants and Residents) is an independent tenant satisfaction survey which enables Arawak Walton to measure tenant satisfaction with our services and to benchmark our services against those of other housing associations in order to identify service improvements.

Tenants who complete the STAR survey are entered into a prize draw for the chance to win either £200, £150 and £50.
