Customer Service Level 2 Course


If you are interested in working in a customer service role, AIM Foundation are providing a fully funded 2 week course and job opportunities starting on the 4th February 2019.

In order to participate on the course you must meet the following requirements:

Be committed and willing to learn

Have a good understanding of Maths and English

Have a good level of communication skills

Be eligible to work in the UK

Be unemployed

Be 19 years or older

Be claiming benefits

Following the course you will have a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service and are guaranteed an interview with SSP (The Food Travel Experts) for a variety of customer service roles at Manchester Airport.
